Jason Goodrich serves as the Director of Global Consulting for CriticalArc, a world-leading public safety software company.  Previously, Director Goodrich served for over 20 years in public safety, including Chief of Police at four agencies.

 

He also worked as a law enforcement management specialist with the University of Arkansas Criminal Justice Institute, providing full time instruction for law enforcement across the state, including executive development.

Chief Goodrich holds a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas and an MA in Conflict Management from Lipscomb University.  He is a 2008 graduate of the Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command, and the 2011 winner of the Vanderbilt Women’s Center Mary Jane Werthan Award.

Goodrich presents globally on topics including conflict management, victim-centered collaborations, leadership, emotional intelligence, field training programs, active threat management and threat assessment, and Clery compliance.  Additionally Director Goodrich has served as a management consultant for law enforcement and higher education organizations.
