Anyone Experiencing Similar Crimes?

We believe the subject may be targeting college/university housing areas.
In the early hours of August 17, 2024, a series of apartment burglaries occurred at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). The suspect, described as a male, driving a blue Tesla Model 3 with TX SPY5857 license plate, which appeared to be zip locked to the vehicle -
Modus Operandi:
The suspect would check doors to identify unlocked apartments.
Upon entry, he would search for and take random items.
If confronted by a resident, the suspect would feign confusion, claiming to have the wrong location, and would leave without causing any further disturbance.
Impact: Several residents delayed reporting the incidents due to the suspect’s non-threatening demeanor, resulting in a delay of several hours before the burglaries were reported.
Additional: Credit cards stolen during the burglaries were later used in the Seagoville area by a masked suspect wearing long sleeves.
Person of Interest: We are currently working a person of interest, but we been unable to locate or develop information on his where about.
